Designed a curriculum that turns non-specialists into data-informed product managers, achieving a 70% employment rate and a 90%+ completion rate.
The Problem
Tracking where mentees were failing to find employment showed the drop-off wasn't a skills gap. It was happening at the very first hurdle: CV screening.
The Approach
I built the 3Q Framework around three pillars: Direction, Metacognition, and Consistency. Practical mentoring in AI usage, AARRR, data analysis, and SQL was built into the curriculum, focused on helping mentees assess and adjust their own progress.
